It all began in Trois-Rivières in 1948. Two passionate master butchers, both named Fernand, shared a simple ambition: to offer superior quality products made with authentic expertise. Today, La Fernandière continues to honour this legacy, celebrating the art of good food with its range of carefully prepared products. Because for us, cooking is much more than just preparing a meal – it’s a cherished ritual that brings people together and fosters a sense of community.
